Reiki Academy palliative care
The use of specific Reiki techniques in the deathing process calms and settles the mind of a dying person, affording them the opportunity to deal effectively with the issues that dying presents to them.
The 'Reiki for Palliative Care' course has been lovingly put together with the express purpose of using Reiki to help people die peacefully and without fear.
We all share a common destiny and despite our colour, race or religion, we are born with the weight of death on our shoulders.
This course is not only for the carers of the dying but provides the knowledge necessary for us to be able to live life without ignoring the fact that we might not be alive ten minutes from now or tomorrow. We don't need to live in fear, as fear is simply a conditioned emotion.
The teachings in this course bring us to the understanding of who we are and what we are. You will learn to recognise what is real and important from what is relatively unimportant.
The course heals the healer and lays the foundation upon which we can begin to experience life unconditionally and lovingly.
Death can only be feared as long as it is not understood. 'Conscious Dying' teachings are taught to those doing this course so that they may work with a dying person and bring them into the awareness of their true nature well before the moment of death.
This allows the dying to leave the body fully aware, fearless and lovingly.
This is taught in a 2 day workshop. Each student will receive a certificate of attendance and a comprehensive workbook which is an ongoing reference manual.
