The Original Sai Baba Reiki Attunements ProcessThe Bottom Line

For those wishing to view the original Sai Baba attunement process in order to compare it to later attunements, these are included for informational purposes only. You will notice a resemblance between these and the attunements developed later. Due to legal issues involving the use of the Sai Baba name, "Sai Baba" Reiki is no longer practiced or called Sai Baba Reiki.

The Original Sai Baba Reiki Attunements Process

The Original Sai Baba Reiki Attunement Process

There is no longer "Sai Baba" Reiki being practiced due to legal issues involving using the Sai Baba Name. This information is provided solely to assist you in your research. There were four levels in the Sai Baba Reiki system. It had four levels, with two being Practitioner and two being Master. The Level I Practitioner gave the Sai Baba I Attunements were given to the student by the Level I Practitioner. A Level II Practitioner teaches the Gnosa, Kriya, Iava, and Rama, and the student receives the Sai Baba II attunements.

These attunements are meant to be received by practitioners, according to the Master. Level I Practitioner attunements are taught in Master Level I, including the Om, the Fire Serpent, and Dumo. Attunement is repeated to receive a Master attunement. Students are taught how to perform Sai Baba's Level II attunement, and practice is done in Master Level II, which is meant to be the Sai Baba's Master Attunement.

Sai Baba I Attunement Process

  • Place hands in receptive mudra with thumbs touching the solar plexus while students sit.
  • Seal the room by drawing the Usui power symbol on the walls, ceiling, and floor, followed by a Tibetan master symbol in the room's center. Ascended masters, Reiki masters, and Sai Baba can all be invoked in prayer. A Sai Baba I Attunement should be mentioned in the prayer.
  • When you're behind the student, draw the Tibetan Fire Serpent down the student's backside. This is where you should draw three Usui power symbols. Make sure you keep your non-dominant hand in place while you draw a new Fire Serpent up your spine with your dominant hand.
  • Blow the Tibetan master symbol and direct it to the skull base using the Violet Breath technique.
  • Place the Usui master symbol on the back of the head and point it toward the base of the skull. You can do the same thing with the Om symbol.
  • Get in front of the pack. Open the palms. Dot each palm with all seven symbols, beginning with the Tibetan Master symbol followed by Fire Serpent and Om. Then draw Zonar and Hearth, Halu and Rama. Slap the hands three times after saying the name and directing the energy into the hands.
  • Place the thumbs of the students' fingers on top of the third eye. Using your non-dominant hand, draw each symbol over the fingers in the same order as above. After you've drawn the symbol, tap three times with your fingers to release the energy you just summoned. Bring hands back down to the solar plexus so that thumbs are in contact.
  • At the crown, add the OM and the first four symbols from the left (Zonar, Hearth, Halu, Rama).
  • Take a seat in the far corner. Breathe in a positive affirmation and exhale it into your heart chakra as you gaze into your crown chakra. You could use an affirmation like: "You are a powerful and successful Sai Baba Reiki Master filled with love and light."
  • Place your thumbs on either side of the base of your skull and imagine a door shutting with the Usui power symbol on it. "I perfectly seal this Sai Baba Attunement with Divine love and wisdom," you say aloud to yourself.
  • As a final blessing, make your way to the front and release the Hui Yin, your tongue, and all of your breath.
  • Assist students by having them place their hands on their thighs. A third option is to have the students take a hand from each other and place it on their hearts or legs. After that, ask them to reflect on the new symbols' meanings.

Sai Baba II Attunement Process

The second four symbols are used in this attunement, identical to the first. Consider also that if you are good at visualizing, you can visualize the symbols between your thumb and first finger while holding them over the area where they are being placed instead of drawing them in the air with your hand.

  • Place hands in receptive mudra with thumbs touching the solar plexus while students sit.
  • Put one Tibetan master symbol in the middle of the room and the Usui power symbol all around it to seal it off. Pray to the Ascended Masters, Reiki guides, and Sai Baba for assistance. In the prayer, make it clear that this is a Sai Baba ll Attunement.
Start with the Tibetan Master symbol, the Fire Serpent and OM, and finally the Gnosa, Kriya, Iava, and Shanti on each palm. This completes the set of seven symbols. Following each symbol, say the name three times, motioning energy into your hands, and then slap your hands three times.
  • Place the thumbs of the students' fingers on top of the third eye. Using your non-dominant hand, draw each symbol over the fingers in the same order as above. After you've drawn the symbol, move the energy into the tips of your fingers while saying the name three times out loud and then tap three times. Bring hands back down to the solar plexus so that thumbs are in contact.
  • Draw the Gnosa, Kriya, Iava, Shanti, and the OM at the top of your head.
  • As a final blessing, release the Hui Yin and the tongue and breath.
  • Assist students by having them place their hands on their thighs. A third option is to have the students take a hand from each other and place it on their hearts or legs. Then, ask them to contemplate the significance of the new symbols by meditating on them.

The Bottom Line

Water Ceremony from Raku Kei Reiki, one form of Tibetan Reiki, apparently influenced the "Sai Baba" Attunement process from Sai Baba Reiki. Violet Breath, based on Raku Kei Kidney Breathing, and a different intent have been implemented, creating a unique connection to the source energy. These modifications and enhancements appear to have been implemented.
