The most effective form is the Reiki healer's hands. We use our hands to relay, give, and evoke the force of Universal Energy; without them, we'd be trapped struggling to send it into our minds!

The reason for this is straightforward: our hands are the most efficient means of transmitting and disseminating information. Our legs are built to move us around, our spines are built to organize our bodies, and our weapons are built to manipulate forces in spacetime that take the shape of the human body.

These are our innate talents, but they seem to have faded over time as a result of physical inactivity. Many Reiki healers have trouble channeling Universal Energy not because they can't, but because their hands aren't in good enough shape. It's been clear to me that many Reiki healers take our hands for granted.

Many Reiki instructors have good intentions and spend a lot of time honing their technique and style. Several instructors, on the other hand, fail to teach students how to properly care for their hands as practitioners, resulting in sore fingers, palms, and wrists.

Remember that physical pain may manifest in the spiritual realms, so if your hands are frail or incapable of handling the load of energy you demand, your spiritual and energetic body can suffer as a result.

As a consequence, it's critical that we devote as much time as possible to honing our hands so that they can heal others.

Consider this: when you cut down a cherry tree with an ax, you don't spend most of your time hacking at the tree. You spend most of the time sharpening the screw!

This metaphor serves as a reminder that staying in good physical condition would benefit your Reiki practice rather than learning techniques repeatedly (which is still important!).

I'll show you four hand exercises in this blog post that have been shown to help Reiki practitioners improve their Reiki, strengthen their hand dexterity, and prevent possible damage.

These are only a handful of the many options available, but they are some of my favorites. To learn more, continue reading.

The Fingers

For our bodies, our fingers double as compass points. Without our hands, we wouldn't be able to grab or move artifacts. We wouldn't be able to shift energy to any physical body, animal, or object, which would be much worse.

Despite the fact that we evoke Universal Force through our whole bodies, our fingertips radiate it throughout the body, rendering it simpler to transfer to others who need healing.

If you do a lot of healing, as I do, your fingers can cramp up or get stuck in place. Your fingers can become numb or totally immobile as a result of this condition.

The Fingers

This is because the fingers bear a significant amount of the energetic load, and if they aren't sturdy enough, they won't be able to withstand what you're tossing at them.

To prevent this from happening again and to protect your hands in the future, do the following exercise. I name it "The Tidal Wave Exercise."

To execute this operation, spread your fingers as wide as you can as if they were being torn apart. Then stretch your fingers out in front of you as if you were gripping something really tiny, like a needle. Retract your fingers in and repeat the process.

You should do this before treating a client or by yourself in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Be sure to do the same amount of work on both sides to avoid overdeveloping one hand rather than the other.

Reverse the loop until you're satisfied with it so you can see exactly what's going on at any given time.

To reverse the mechanism, follow these steps:

Begin with your fingers outstretched (as if creating a dog puppet shadow) and eventually pull them down to your palms. Extend the fingers to their maximum length.

It will be daunting at first, but give it a try - three times in the morning, afternoon, and evening should suffice.

Keep in mind that having so much energy at the outset will lead to burnout. Your fingertips can feel a little swollen or tingly after a few days of doing this exercise; don't worry, this is just your energy adjusting to the new climate.

Following that, we'll do an exercise to make you take better care of your hands' palms.

The Palming Exercise

This movement is similar to the Tidal Wave exercise, but instead of focusing on your feet, it relies on your palms. To complete this practice, you must be able to touch your thumb and fingertips together.

The Palming Exercise

This exercise can be difficult for some people and can cause mild cramping; make sure to take the necessary precautions before beginning.

Shake out some static energy in your hands to begin. Pinch the forefinger and thumb together after that. Your thumb muscles should be somewhat stressed. After 10 seconds of squeezing, let go.

Carry on in the same way for your middle, ring, and pinky fingers. Keep your thumb as straight as possible to maximize the effect. If you feel cramping, this indicates that the body is not used to opening up in this way. Just take a deep breath and try again.

The Windmill

The Windmill aids in wrist movement in its full range of motion. In other words, the wrists of your energetic system will be bigger, allowing you to retain more energy in your hands. Make the most of it and give it you are all.

Make a fist with your hands and closely squeeze them together. Hold your shoulder and elbow joints frozen in place when rotating your fist in a broad circle with your knuckles. Your elbow and shoulder do not move, and your arm should be straight. Repeat 5 times in each direction for each wrist. You should feel a bit happier after doing this workout.

The Windmill

The Tension Release

The Tension Release exercise is one of my favorites, and it's also one of the simplest. What you have to do now is make your fist as strong as possible. Keep the tension in your hands if you don't want it to burst into your arms. To put it another way, you just want your hands to be tense.

Maintain this excitement by opening your hands and splaying your fingers out. Until relaxing, hold this pose for about 10 seconds. Slowly open your hands to form another fist. Repeat this procedure 3-5 times every morning or evening.

If you take care of your paws, you'll notice a difference every time you do Reiki.

Chanting And Toning With Karuna Reiki

The Karuna Reiki experience taught me that toning or chanting during a Karuna Reiki session causes profound shifts in the healing energy's vibrational frequency. The Mahayana Buddhist tradition of the bodhisattva Avalokitesvhara, who creates the Sound that Illuminates the World, validates this notion.

Guided Meditation To Help Heal The Shadow Self Can Change Your Life

The shadow self refers to the aspects of ourselves that have been repressed into the unconscious — the aspects of ourselves that we are insecure about, ashamed of, or frustrated with. The shadow self-concept is based on the idea that we metaphorically bury those aspects of our personalities that we fear will not be accepted, accepted, or loved by others; thus, we keep them in the shadows.

Integrative And Functional Medicine —Personalized Care For The 21st Century

The goal of integrative and functional medicine is to get to the root cause of health problems and treat the whole person with a combination of approaches—optimizing health for those who have it and restoring health for those who have lost it. Integrative medicine and functional medicine are often used interchangeably, but the terms are actually referring to two different approaches to patient care.

The Karuna Reiki Attunements

A common belief is that compassionate action is captured in this non-traditional form of Reiki. When used in conjunction with Usui Reiki, it has a powerful effect on its own, but even more so.
