• Move your hands down and in front of the recipient's body, envisioning Reiki energy cleaning their body from their crown chakra down. Observe as Reiki opens each energy center. Your hands will almost touch the floor as they move past the recipient's knees. You can direct the energy to specific regions or ground it first through the floor. See what works.
• Now you will hold postures as Reiki energy fills the recipient's body. You will see energy flow and clear, open centers. Hold each position for ten seconds.

Sahasrara Chakra (crown)

• Stand up and place your hands three to five inches above the student's head.
