Progress records study on this device. It does not confirm attunement, qualification or certification.

Learning at your own pace.

There is no deadline for this course. Choose a rhythm that leaves room to understand, try and return.

Make room for a rhythm that fits your own day.

A small, workable rhythm

Read one part when you have a few quiet minutes. You might prefer to read first and try a practice another day. If life interrupts, returning to a familiar page is a useful next step.

Choose a moment that fits your day rather than setting a demanding target. For example: one reading after breakfast, or a short pause twice this week. Missing a day creates no debt to catch up on.

Moving through the course

Continue always opens the next part in order. It does not mark this page complete. You can move on, revisit earlier parts or use Course contents to explore another chapter.

Mark a page complete when you are ready. Some pages ask you to check an idea or confirm a practice first; you can still continue without completing them. Your Level 1 progress counts required readings and activities. Optional reading does not block it.

Your progress belongs to this browser

Completion is saved locally on this device when browser storage is available. A different browser or clearing site data may show a fresh start. The course home Resume action returns to your earliest unfinished required part.

Reset chapter progress clears that chapter’s completion marks after confirmation. Reset course progress on the Level 1 home clears all six chapters. Notes in reflection boxes are not saved. These marks are a personal guide, not a qualification or proof of attunement.

Choose your next small step

Consider when you could comfortably return. A realistic five minutes can be more useful than an ambitious schedule that becomes another obligation.
