Review a realistic situation before choosing how to continue.
A situation to think through
Imagine a friend learns that you have reached the end of Level 1. They say, “My shoulder has been bothering me. You have finished the course, so can you fix it? And does finishing mean your attunement and certificate are done?” This brings together several ideas from the course. Before choosing an answer, separate the health question, the learning exercise, and the school’s separate arrangements.
You can be warm without accepting a role you do not hold. You might explain that you have been studying a traditional practice and learning basic boundaries. You cannot diagnose the shoulder problem or promise to resolve it. Appropriate healthcare remains important. If you later offer the simple adult learning exercise, it would need a separate, clear invitation and agreement; your friend’s health question is not permission to touch them.
Remember what completion tells you
Reaching this lesson means you have worked through a sequence of teaching, reflection, and practice opportunities. It does not automatically arrange a teacher-led attunement, make a purchase, or issue a certificate. This school’s course is free to read, attunements are free on request, and certificates are optional paid purchases. Use each existing information route for its own purpose when you choose to take that step.
The same care applies to your own experiences. A warm hand, a quiet moment, or a distracted session can be described honestly without turning it into evidence of a cure. In shared practice, a person can change their mind after agreeing. Your ability to explain and respect these limits matters more than sounding certain about everything.
Choose a continuing step
After answering, decide what you will do next: revisit an unclear lesson, try a manageable self-practice, ask a teaching question, or consider the existing Level 2 material. A pause is also possible. Keep any month plan small enough to use. The five questions below check practical choices across Level 1; they are not a professional examination or a judgment about your beliefs.
