Decide what you want next and identify the additional preparation teaching requires.
Compare the actual training routes
This school separates personal Master study from Teacher study. By comparison, the Reiki Membership Association’s requirements connect its professional membership with Reiki I and II and ART/Master training through an ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teacher. These are that organization’s membership rules, not a universal definition of Master or a licence conferred by this course.
As an attunement recipient, your responsibilities are to understand the offer, communicate preferences and retain the choice to pause. A facilitator additionally needs preparation to explain and demonstrate the ceremony, adapt it with consent, and provide follow-up. Reading the recipient lessons does not establish that competence. Explore the Teacher role and scope lesson before deciding whether teaching fits your aims.
Personal depth is a complete direction
You may finish this course and continue entirely with your own practice. That is a valid use of Master study. You can revisit the symbols, reflect on the principles, or participate in a practice community without teaching. A next level is an option to consider, not a requirement to justify what you have learned.
The word Master can blur several things: personal study, an attunement, a course certificate, authority within a particular school, and the ability to teach. Keep them separate when describing your experience. “I studied this course and received an attunement from this teacher” says more than a title alone. If you have not taught, you do not need to imply otherwise.
The manual combines Master and Teacher material, including instructions for attuning other students. Reading those pages helps you understand the source, but responsible facilitation requires more than recalling a sequence. You would need to explain the process, demonstrate it, respond to different access needs, practise under appropriate guidance, and receive feedback within the tradition you intend to teach.
What changes when others rely on you
A teacher must decide what a student should understand or do, select suitable material, offer practice, check understanding, and provide a route for questions afterward. They also need to handle disagreement and uncertainty without using spiritual status to silence a learner. These are pedagogical responsibilities, not extra symbol powers.
Imagine a beginner who cannot hold a traditional hand position and asks whether they will fail. A prepared teacher can explain the purpose, offer an accessible alternative, and state course expectations clearly. Someone who has only memorised the ritual may respond by demanding compliance. The difference concerns preparation and judgment as much as subject knowledge.
If teaching interests you, write what you would need to learn next: structuring a lesson, observing practice, giving feedback, communicating costs and support, and facilitating ceremonies with consent. The Teacher course is a separate place to explore that work. Check its actual scope and access information rather than assuming Master completion includes every future resource or service.
If you intend to offer paid sessions or classes, investigate the requirements that apply where you work. Do not treat this course or a purchased certificate as a professional licence. Settle the practical questions before advertising, with appropriate local advice when needed.
Ask about support
Before choosing further training, ask how questions are handled, what practical demonstration is included, and whether you can receive feedback on facilitation. A clear answer helps you compare actual learning opportunities rather than course titles. You can take time to decide, keep practising, and revisit the teaching question when it becomes relevant to your aims.
