Record what you have learned and choose one specific action to carry forward.
Return to your first page
Open the readiness map from the first chapter. Look at familiar, needs practice, and needs clarification. Move an item only when you have a reason: perhaps you can now explain the difference between Dai Ko Myo and Dumo, have compared your drawing against a reference, or know which question to ask before an attunement. You do not need to move everything.
Write three short statements. “I can now explain…” should name an idea. “I have practised…” should describe an actual activity or adaptation. “I still want to clarify…” should preserve a real question. Together they create a more honest record than a broad declaration that you have mastered Reiki.
Keep learning and credentials distinct
If you want an attunement, use the first-party request information and confirm the arrangements provided. If you want a certificate, read the optional paid offer and what it records. Neither choice is required to make your private reflection worthwhile. Save or copy any notes you want to keep; browser progress is a study aid rather than a professional record.
You can return to any lesson when its subject becomes relevant. A symbol reference, a consent phrase, or a thoughtful question may become more useful through repetition. Let the next period of practice show you what to revisit.
