How To Do Reiki Distance Attunement? How To Prepare Recipient For The Attunement?Recipient Experiences During The Attunement CeremonyConclusion

Attunements can be produced and sent in person or in distance. All methods of attunement are equally beneficial, and you should choose the one that resonates the best with you. However, I strongly advise you to test both before making a decision. If you have been studying and practicing an energy healing technique, system, or empowerment, you may have been taught how to pass on attunements in person but not how to do it remotely. You may have questioned how to communicate a distant attunement to already-attuned systems. This blog post will demonstrate a simple yet effective method for sending a Reiki distant attunement to any system you are already attuned to.

How To Do Reiki Distance Attunement?

How To Do Reiki Distance Attunement

To begin, you will select a method for distance attunement. Then, you and your student will decide on a date and time that work for both of you.

The learner will be in a relaxed environment and ready to receive attunements at the agreed-upon hour.

You will ground and focus yourself in the same way you normally do before a session or ceremony.

You'll communicate with the recipient in the manner you specify.

Whichever way you use, you will envision the student and the Reiki energy they are drawing through you to receive the attunements.

You will perform the ceremony after you feel an energetic connection to the student. If the student has any issues or questions, they are aware that they can contact you.

How To Prepare Recipient For The Attunement?

Here are some suggestions for preparing your pupils for their distance attunement ceremony.

The learner may select a time during which they will unwind for around 30 minutes. Inevitably, a student will be distracted or interrupted during a ceremony. This is okay and is frequently used to divert the student's conscious mind from the task at hand, allowing the energetic body to complete it.

If a student contacts you because they were unable to attend their ceremony for any reason, you can assure them that everything went just as planned. Animals and children may occasionally like to be present in the same room as the ceremony due to their perception of the positive energy.

The pupil should select a location that evokes favorable feelings in them. This can be done outdoors or in a location that makes them feel tranquil and secure. They have the option of playing music if they so desire. Ideally, the learner will be wearing loose clothing and, if desired, will be able to remove their jewelry.

For 24 hours before the ceremony, the student should abstain from recreational mind-altering substances. While substances such as coffee, alcohol, and recreational drugs do not affect energy, they affect students' perception. Students may continue to take any medications given by their physician.

The student must be receptive to receiving attunements. The intention is critical. In my modest experience, the only occasion when completing a distance attunement has been an issue when the learner did not sincerely wish to accept the energy. This is usually solved by the student reflecting on why this occurred and then rescheduling when they are fully prepared.

No technology is required for the pupil to get the attunements. Although some Masters may conduct the ceremony through video call or telephone, I have found that this detracts from the energy's focus. You may employ technology if you so desire, but keep in mind that it does not affect the efficiency of the attunements.

During the ritual, the student may close their eyes and concentrate on their breath. They can begin by stating their purpose, for example, "I am open to receive Reiki energy through these attunements to balance and heal on all levels."

Once the ceremony is concluded, the student may resume their daily activities. They will want to begin their daily self-treatments and stay hydrated as their body processes the energy.

Recipient Experiences During The Attunement Ceremony

The most often asked question a Reiki Master receives following an attunement ceremony is: "something occurred during the ceremony, or I felt this way during the ceremony...is this normal?" Just as each person experiences Reiki uniquely and the sensations vary from session to session for the same person, the attunement ceremony provides a unique experience for each student in each scenario. The critical lesson you want to impart is that there is no correct way to experience Reiki; the shifts associated with it and the body's connection to the energy will offer the pupil the experience they require. Common reactions to an attunement (whether remote or in-person) include the following:

View previous incarnations

Feeling chilly or heavy

Consider the colors or imagery

Recognize noises or voices

Consult your spirit guides

Observe previous masters

Perception of other individuals or energies

Conclusion

I've witnessed several students enter the ceremony with preconceived notions about how they want the ceremony to feel and look, only to be disappointed by how the ceremony unfolded. Expectations in Reiki sessions, attunements, and even life distort our view and prevent us from enjoying what is happening in the current moment for us. I've also had students enter the ceremony with no expectations and even with the aim of sleeping, only to discover that the ritual is brimming with knowledge and sensations for them. In each of these instances, the ritual proved effective. Bear in mind that the body will produce the most beneficial experience for the student. You and your pupils must have faith in Reiki and their body-minds insight.

Guided Meditation To Help Heal The Shadow Self Can Change Your Life

The shadow self refers to the aspects of ourselves that have been repressed into the unconscious — the aspects of ourselves that we are insecure about, ashamed of, or frustrated with.
