Combine symbol study, personal practice and feedback in a flexible plan.
A flexible four-week rhythm
Integration means making room for what you have learned in ordinary life. The following plan is a suggestion, not a prerequisite, a required waiting period or a promise of development. Repeat a week, shorten it or pause when needed. Keep your teacher's actual training arrangements separate from this personal study plan.
Use a light record
For each practice, write the date, what you did and one sentence about the next step. “Ten minutes, copied Sei Hei Ki from page 30, will compare the lower curves next time” is enough. Do not turn every session into a long report. If writing itself becomes an obstacle, use a short private voice note or simply keep the next reference page marked.
Suppose a week becomes busy and you practise once. Keep that observation separate from judgment about your character or ability. You can choose a smaller plan next week. Consistency is supported by a workable routine and room to return, rather than by trying to compensate with an uncomfortable marathon session.
