Keep a manageable teaching system and understand the optional paid School Kit.
Build a small teaching system you can maintain
Organize resources around the lessons you actually teach. For each topic, keep an outcome, the source reference, the activity instructions and a short review question. Label versions clearly so you know which page a learner received. A modest set you understand is more useful than a large collection you have not read or cannot explain.
Before reusing an image, manual or template in your own materials, check the permission that applies to it. Public access to a document does not by itself settle rights to reproduce or sell it. You can link a public reference while investigating permitted use. Keep your own teaching examples original and distinguish them from material supplied by another school.
Understand the optional School Kit
The school's Teacher School Kit is a separate paid resource offer. Its published categories include manuals, videos, presentations, audio, diploma templates, forms, posters and reference PDFs. The offer page explains that these categories are not a file-by-file inventory. If a particular version or format matters, ask support before ordering.
The kit does not itself award a personal qualification. Its diploma templates are resources for the purchaser's own teaching arrangements. Current delivery is arranged through support after payment verification; the offer is not an instant public download. These free written Teacher lessons neither include paid kit files nor require a purchase to continue studying.
Protect time and keep proportionate records
Plan preparation, teaching and follow-up together. A one-hour class may also need time to check sources, arrange materials and answer questions. Choose a class size and support arrangement you can realistically manage. If you find yourself repeatedly extending every session, review the scope and schedule rather than assuming unlimited availability is part of caring.
Keep records only for a clear purpose. A learning note might contain the topic, an observed skill and an agreed next step. Avoid collecting a detailed personal history merely because a form has space for it. Explain how information will be used and take appropriate care with storage and sharing. For requirements in your own setting, consult the relevant local source rather than treating a course paragraph as legal advice.
At the end of a teaching cycle, archive what you need and remove unnecessary duplicate working copies through your normal process. Keep a short list of resource corrections for the next version. A sustainable teaching system should make preparation clearer, reduce avoidable confusion and leave enough time for the actual relationship with learners.
Try preparing one lesson from your folder as if you were returning after a month away. Can you identify the current instructions, find the source and see what changed? If not, simplify the folder before adding more resources. A usable system should support your future self too.
