Use reflection and feedback to choose a small, realistic next action.
Choose a small next teaching step
Return to the readiness map you made in chapter one. Identify one skill that has become clearer and one that still needs supported practice. You might now be able to write a usable outcome, explain a source difference or give specific feedback. Choose your next action from what you can actually observe, rather than from pressure to claim a title.
A practical next step could be rehearsing one Level 1 lesson with a peer, discussing the public attunement material with an experienced teacher, or revising an inaccessible instruction. You may also decide to continue personal practice before offering any teaching. The course leaves room for that choice.
Make progress visible without exaggerating it
Compare “I taught a five-minute introduction and the learner could explain the next action” with “I am now ready for every student.” The first statement identifies evidence you can build on. The second extends beyond the attempt. A useful development record can remain modest and still show meaningful growth.
Keep the final review as a prompt for discussion rather than a substitute for practical feedback. You can return to these free lessons whenever a planning or communication question arises, while keeping any separate teacher training, initiation or certificate arrangement clearly named.
