Identify strengths, source questions and skills that need supported practice.
Look for specific readiness
“Am I ready to teach?” is a large question. Break it into things you can examine: knowledge, demonstration, communication and support. You may feel comfortable explaining the principles while still needing help demonstrating a symbol. That is useful information. It tells you which topic might suit a first rehearsal and which needs further study.
Choose one prospective topic rather than rating yourself against every Reiki practice. A readiness map is a planning tool, not a certificate or a judgment of your worth. Keep it private unless sharing it with a trusted teacher or practice partner would help.
Turn a gap into a next action
Suppose you know the Level 2 symbols but find the distance symbol difficult to draw while explaining. A next action could be to rehearse one numbered section from the manual, record your explanation for yourself and compare it with the diagram. “Practise the section on page 35 three times with the reference visible” is more helpful than “Become more confident.”
Mark each area as ready to rehearse, needs source checking, or needs supported practice. Choose one action from the last two categories. You do not need to resolve every gap today. A small honest map is more useful than a general declaration that a title has made you ready for every learner and situation.
